Not that there’s anything that “challenging” about sitting in a cubicle and pretending to work all day other than lugging your body there at a certain time and enduring irreparable psychological damage, but it’s still a bit vexing when your hard-earned money gets nabbed by someone even less hard-working than you.
Such was the case with a recent pilfering of someone’s wallet in the Midtown area, which was pocketed from the victim while he was at a bar undoubtedly trying to recover from his wasted day. Though I’m all for not having to work, it’s a bit much to steal from another who subjected himself to the ills of sitting in a glorified prison all day just so you could have yoself a little shopping spree at some fairly ironic department stores.
