When working with “assets,” you will typically be asked to create content that is evergreen. This does not refer to money or weed. Instead, it means you must make whatever you’re working on sound as generic as fuck so that the corporation can get the most leverage out of it for a long period of time without having to pay someone to update it until about a decade later.
The nondescript vibe adds to the general nebulousness of why you’re doing what you’re doing if you can’t even be specific about it. You’re being paid to generate tripe, total bull shit. Again, it calls into question the meaning of life, as most other aspects of working in the cube do.
